Luxembourg Low Armchair Cushion
This large outdoor cushion is specially designed for the Luxembourg low armchair. Its foam filling and padded-effect design brings a touch of style and comfort to your garden furniture. Designed to always be used outdoors, this large outdoor cushion is resistant to stains, mould, tearing and abrasion. Made from elegant close-knit canvas with the look and feel of fabric, it does not retain water and can stay outside year-round. Attach your rectangular cushion to the backrest with its fastening, and this outdoor cushion can be rolled up and secured with its button and elastic for a clever storage solution. Available in five colours, this cushion for the Luxembourg low armchair is easy to care for: just wash with soap and water. Discover the full Les Basics collection.

Fermob
Fermob makes French metal garden furniture in a palette of colours chosen to be seen from the house. The Bistro folding chair descends from a design made for public parks in the 1880s, and it is still the most useful thing on a small terrace: it folds flat, it weighs almost nothing, and it means six more people can sit down at twenty minutes' notice.
Colour is the point of the brand, and the palette is designed to work in combination rather than to match. A table in one shade and chairs in another is the standard move. Alternating chair colours around a single table is the braver one and looks deliberate rather than accidental, because the shades were drawn to sit together.
Underneath that, steel and aluminium with a powder-coated finish built for weather. The aluminium ranges cannot rust at all. The steel is treated, and the only real failure mode is a chip left unrepaired somewhere wet, which is why Fermob supplies touch-up paint in every colour. A minute with that pen in autumn prevents the problem entirely.
Most of it can stay out all year in most climates, and will simply look newer for longer if you store or cover it where the ground freezes and thaws. Darker shades show less dust; the pale neutrals let the planting lead. The questions below cover rust, winter and choosing colours.
