Timing, Cost and Service
Shipping and delivery are important elements in the shopping experience, especially with home furnishings. Because we sell other brands along with our own exclusive collection, the pricing, delivery options, and timing vary depending on the item purchased. You can see the stock and timing info on each product page. Once you add your items into your cart and enter a zip code, the shipping costs and other details like service level and ship speed will become visible if available.
Discount Codes
Cannot be used on items currently on sale or those listed in the Clearance section of the store. Unless, specificlally stated, codes can only be used once
Special Requests
If you have any special requirements, like a delivery on the weekend, live in an area that is far away from a metro area, have difficult access to your space, etc., please note there may be additional costs required. Please feel free to reach out to us and confirm these details before or after the order is placed. In most cases, we can accommodate any delivery needs.
Damaged
Viesso and our vendors take great care in packaging the beautiful products we sell. However, if a product is damaged or defected upon arrival, please make sure and note this with the delivery company at the time of delivery. After they leave and the paper is signed, we aren't able to honor the damaged item. Please notify us within 24 hours of the delivery at orders@viesso.com. Unfortunately if we get notice after the 24 hours we won't be able to honor the item as damaged or defected since it will have been in your possession past the allowable time period. Please keep all of the packing materials if you do open anything. Once we see that a file has been claimed with us and photos of the damage have been ernailed to us, we will contact you for next steps. If possible, upon your approval, we will work with a local repair contractor to fix the item if it won't jeopardize the aesthetics or structure of that item. If this is not possible, a return ship will be setup and we will handle that cost. We will also send out a replacement item as soon as possible with no cost to you. We certainly hope nothing gets damaged, but unfortunately it can happen. We got your back.
International
For items shipping to Canada, we use our standard partners (FedEx, UPS and freight companies).
For all items shipping outside of USA and Canada, we've partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers. Once you have created your shopping Cart, choose the "International Customers... Click here to pay" button. You will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment. All payment, shipping, or return requests should be submitted to Bongo at Support@BongoUS.com
Carbon Offsetting
To help offset the carbons that are emitted during to the shipping of our products, we gladly donate money to Carbon Fund. This donation is based on the miles driven, and the size and weight of shipment. These donations are put directly to carbon-reducing programs such as renewable energy and reforestation projects.
Price Guarantee
We would like to provide you with more details about the Price Guarantee at Viesso. We always try and give you the best deal possible. But if you find the same item that we sell offered at a lower price on another website, please let us know and we will be happy to match that price for you. If you find a lower price offered within 10 days after you purchase, we can issue a refund for the difference. Also, please note that when we offer products that are already discounted on our website for part of a sale, coupon codes are not applicable for a further discount.
Here are some terms in regards to the Price Guarantee against other companies:
- the item listed must be identical
- the item listed must not be listed as a special sale or on a site that discounts prices as their normal selling mechanism.
- the item listed must not be reduced because it is a floor model, damaged, clearance, returned, etc.
- the price you found must be from a site that is US based, and an authorized retailer for the manufacturer. Auction, flash sale or discount sites are also not included.
- the price has to be listed within the restrictions of that brand, and we are not able to match pricing that is listed lower than what is allowed by pricing regulations.
- you must send us the price comparison within 10 days after purchase to receive the refund.
If you found an item listed at a lower price, and you haven't purchased it yet, please email us. If you have already purchased and it's been within 10 days, please email our orders department.
Price Guarantee if a product you buy at Viesso goes on sale on our site afterwards:
- the item listed must be identical
- the item listed must not be reduced because it is a floor model, damaged, returned, etc.
- the sale that occurs on Viesso.com must have started 5 days or less after your purchase.
- you must send us the price comparison within 7 days after purchase to receive the refund.

How to know for sure if something is in stock?
We try to keep our website updated with stock information, but please contact us if you want to confirm stock on any of the items or materials for custom order before you purchase.
How do I know which products are Green?
We have a section on our site that focuses on how we and our products are Green. In addition, there is a tab underneath every product that will say How it is Green which will always hold all the information about that product’s sustainability.
What if I have a specific time I need the order delivered by?
If you have a specific deadline to receive the product, please notify us before you purchase. Once we see what your order is, and the date you need it by, we can assess the timing constraints to make sure we can met your needs.
Does Viesso ship internationally?
Absolutely. We ship all across the US and Canada frequently, and can arrange to ship to almost anywhere else in the world as well. Please contact us with the information about what you would like to order and the final delivery destination. We will look into the options and contact you with the timing and pricing for the shipment of your order.
Does Viesso have a store?
While we don't have a physical location to see our furniture, we've got a knack for ensuring you purchase the right pieces for you and your space. What is your lead time?
Because we offer a large variety of products from different manufacturers, the lead time varies from product to product. For items that are in stock in the US, you can expect to receive it within a week. For items that are custom made in Los Angeles by Stem, it takes around 3-5 weeks to receive. And for items that are stocked overseas, it task 1-4 weeks. So, please either check on the product page in the notes below abbot the specific lead time, or contact us for further information.
Where is your furniture made?
All of the items made by Stem are manufactured in full in Los Angeles. The other items made by various manufactures are built in different locations. Please check the specific product page to see if the place of origin is noted, or feel free to contact us to obtain this information.
Do you offer an in-home design consultation?
If you would like some assistance in designing your space with our products, we can setup a housecall to have someone from Viesso come out, look at your space, and even bring materials. Here is more information about this service.
How do I decide what filling option to choose online?
This is an important option when choosing options for a seating item. We offer a few ways to ensure that you choose the best option for what you are looking for, and are happy with what you chose.
Can I order samples of materials?
If time permits, we strongly encourage you to get a sample of the fabric, wood, wallpaper, or rug before purchasing. This will help you see how the actual product will look in your space to ensure satisfaction with your purchase. The color of a product online may not be completely accurate, as computer monitors vary in terms of how they display color. Samples will also ensure you are aware of the texture and feel of the product before purchasing. Samples are available to view and order on our website. You can find them here: fabrics & leathers, wallpapers, rugs (rug samples are round on each rug design's page). You should receive your swatches within 5-7 business days.
