Launched in 1982, Drachmann is Skagerak’s longest-living garden bench – and it’s still going strong.
Durable in all kinds of weather, the bench ages with grace, taking on a silver-grey patina.
Teak is a heavy, hard and sturdy type of wood. The high content of natural oils makes it highly weather and rot resistant and is therefore a good choice for outdoor furniture.
Beautiful on its own, perhaps against a south-facing wall, and convenient as a comfortable seat at the table.
Launched in 1982, Drachmann is Skagerak’s longest-living garden bench – and it’s still going strong. Inspired by the Danish poet and painter Holger Drachmann, the design strikes a timeless balance between Nordic nostalgia and modern simplicity. Beautiful on its own, perhaps against a south-facing wall, and convenient as a comfortable seat at the table. Durable in all kinds of weather, the bench ages with grace, taking on a silver-grey patina.
