This is a very uncertain time, but perhaps there will be some moments of unexpected joy. Fifteen years ago, we began this small business with health and wellness in mind. Ensuring the satisfaction and safety of our customers, and the high standards of our products, and has always been the heart of Viesso. Because we're an online only business, we're continuing to operate and are still taking and shipping orders. There may be some delays with timing, but it's case by case. if you have any questions about a specific item or brand, please don't hesitate to contact us.

To help you with purchases during this time, we added a partnership with Affirm that offers monthly payment plans available to everyone from 6 months to 18 months, and 0% interest for those that qualify. You can click here to learn more.

Safety, Production, and Delivery:
As the Coronavirus situation continues to evolve, we’re in touch with the brands we sell and the freight providers, and they are following all precautionary protocols from the CDC:

• Our brands are based in various states in terms of their offices or warehouses, so they are complying with any restrictions or adjustments as dictated by their location and operation. For the warehouses, they are following CDC-recommended procedures for safety and sanitation.

• We have ensured our materials suppliers and delivery partners are committed to the same high standards.

• We will continue to fulfill online orders with delivery available nationwide. In lieu of our standard white glove service, we are offering Curbside Delivery and First Threshold delivery (inside front door or garage) to comply with the changes in the services now being offered by our freight partners.
