Ann Gish
Silk charmeuse that pools like water. Linen embroidered so finely the pattern reads as shadow. Lyocell that stays cool against the skin on the warmest night of the year. Ann Gish builds bedding from a named cloth outward, so the fabric is the point and the styling follows it.
That is why the collection layers so easily. A Charmeuse sham sits beside a Charmeuse duvet cover and a Charmeuse bed skirt because they are the same silk, cut for different jobs. The washed cottons and linens bring the softness that only a loose weave gives. Ready-to-Bed 2.0 in lyocell is the shortcut, a whole set in one fabric, cool and quiet and already finished.
Shams, coverlets and coverlet sets, duvet covers and duvet sets, sheet sets, pillowcases, bed skirts, box spring covers and throws.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is charmeuse?
Charmeuse is a weave, not a fibre. One face is lifted into a satin sheen while the back stays matte, which is what gives Ann Gish Charmeuse its liquid fall and the quiet shift of colour as the light moves across a bed. In this collection it is woven in 100% silk, in nine colours from White and Ivory through Pumice, Sand and Metal to Poppy and Mystery.
Which Ann Gish fabrics are pure silk?
Charmeuse is 100% silk throughout. Basketweave, Channel and Hammered are silk on the face, lined or reversed with cotton so the piece holds its shape. The Embellished pillows are 100% silk with hand worked detail. Silk Trim is cotton sateen at 430 thread count finished with a silk border, and Ready-to-Bed 2.0 Cotton and Trim pairs cotton with a lyocell edge.
What is Ready-to-Bed 2.0 made of?
100% lyocell, the cellulose fibre spun from wood pulp that most people know as Tencel. It breathes like linen and falls like silk, it holds colour without fading, and unlike most of this collection it is machine washable. The Quilted line adds loft; Cotton and Trim swaps the body to 430 thread count cotton with a lyocell edge.
How do I care for silk bedding?
It depends on the piece, and the care note on each product page is the one to follow. Most Charmeuse is dry clean, though several pieces are washable cold and gentle with a pH neutral detergent and tumbled dry with no heat. Ready-to-Bed 2.0 is machine washable throughout.
What sizes does Ann Gish bedding come in?
Duvet covers, coverlets, sheet sets and bed skirts come in Twin, Queen and King. Shams come Standard, King and Euro. Accent pillows and throws are sized by the inch, from a 20x14 lumbar up to a 24x24 square, with throws at 96x50.
