SSDr is DURABLE : the chair is made of durable and eco-responsible materials. It is delivered in a flat packaging made of at least 80% recycled paper.

The SSDr pack is about three times more compact than a conventional chair, which reduces CO2 emissions during differents storage and shipping phases.

SSDr is RECYCLED : the backrest and seat of the SSDr chair are made from recycled PP plastic.

The SSD chair was born from an ambition that is both simple and committed: to design the ideal chair for everyday life while minimizing environmental impact at every stage of its life cycle. For you, TIPTOE has designed this everyday chair, with a simple, refined design, lightweight and stackable, that will fit seamlessly into every interior style. The SSDr chair is the result of a bold year-and-a-half-long development process to create a beautiful, useful and durable object in an industry that very often uses virgin plastic. The SSDr chair marks a new milestone in our ambition to create sustainable furniture. In this version of the SSD chair, the seat and backrest are not made of wood but of recycled PP plastic. PP, or polypropylene, is a plastic with a wide range of industrial applications.
